Erdem, Pre Spring/Summer 2012 ...

Love this collection. Couldn't be mistaken for another designer, I adore the signature floral, feminine style Erdem uses. The silhouettes and colours in this collection are beautiful, I adore the 1920's feel and I'd kill for a pair of these shoes.

I was so excited when I got these photos in the post today !!!

Last month I worked with photographer Katie Mclean who photographed two dresses from my collection. I am so pleased with the outcome, I had tons of photos to choose from, but these three are defiantly my favourites. Thank you models Allie Slack and Charlotte Green. I kept the styling simple. Rings; ASOS and Topshop. Gold Cuff; Topshop. Shoes; Topshop and Next. Dresses; Abilouise.

I adore this collection. I love the contrast of the sheer fabric against, all the beading, fringing, embroidery and feathers. Although the dresses are plied with detail they don't look fussy, but quite the opposite, very elegant.

A very large family ....

Just us kids.

I come from a very large family. We all live spread out across the country which makes it very tricky to meet up as a group. This weekend 40 of us took over a campsite, spending are time playing rounders, eating and drinking rather a lot. I had a brilliant weekend and can't wait to do it again next year.

I so happy with my room. Striping the walls took forever, three out of the four walls were double papered, but once that was done things went really smoothly. I choose to use a mixture of old and new interior styles. I have a collection of vintage bed throws, a travel chest and mirror from the 30's... The mirror is still waiting to be hung, my cat and a huge set of Chester draws that used to belong to my great grandma. I have chosen modern storage, picture frames, candles and a chair to add a younger feel to the room.
